Princesse tam.tam

Princess tam.tam is a French lingerie brand founded in 1983. The brands models are designed and mainly manufactured at five overseas sites: Morocco, Tunisia, Portugal for nightwear, the Indian Ocean for corsetry, and Asia.

In 2005, the French brand Petit Vehicule, sold the brand to the Japanese distribution and textile group ‘Fast retailing’ for 70 million euros. Since 2014, Atenao has been supporting the Fast Retailing brands with fashion translation services.

Comptoir des Cotonniers

Comptoir des Cotonniers is known for its iconic advertising campaign featuring mothers and their daughters, embodying a modern and complicit aesthetic. This campaign helped to reinforce the brands image with a reference to contemporary family style.

Comptoir des Cotonniers was originally a French ready-to-wear brand founded in 1995. It expanded its presence internationally, with shops in numerous cities all over the world. Their integration into Fast retailing in 2015 allowed them to expand globally.

Shortly after, the translation agency Atenao started to provide fashion translation services for the brand. Ten years later, collaboration with the Japanese group is still strong.

Hugo Boss

Hugo Boss is an international brand, founded in Germany 1924. Initially specialising in the fabrication of men’s clothes, the brand has since diversified to include women’s clothing lines, as well as accessories, perfumes and high-end fashion products.

Over the decades, Hugo Boss has become an iconic brand within the fashion world, with a global presence through its shops, dealerships and online outlets.

The translation agency Atenao joined the brand in their international development in 2012 to 2020, supporting, in many languages, around 50 multilingual projects at an average rate of 10 per year.

FashionUnited is a global information platform for information about the fashion industry. Founded in 1999 in the Netherlands, FashionUnited provides news, analysis, data and resources for fashion professionals, including brands, retailers, designers, suppliers and industry professionals.

The platform covers a wide range of topics related to the fashion industry, including trends, events, market reports, careers, training and resources for businesses. FashionUnited operates in many countries throughout the world, offering local and international information on the fashion sector.

The platform has become a valuable resource for those who work in this field, helping them to keep up with latest trends, to make informed decisions and to develop their professional networks. FashionUnited chose Atenao to carry out the translation of contents, from French into English, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish and also from Dutch into these languages. This new international reference had allowed Atenao expand its knowledge and experience within the Fashion industry.

 

 


Promod

Promod is a ready-to-wear French brand founded in 1975. It is recognised by its chic and casual style, offering collections of women’s clothes.

Over the years, Promod has become a popular brand in France and on an international level, with shops in numerous countries.

Promod is also committed to sustainable initiatives, including adopting more environmentally friendly practices in the production of clothes.

Lacoste

The French clothing brand, famous for their green crocodile logo, offers a range of ‘lifestyle’ clothing including the iconic Lacoste Polo. The brand is known for their classic, casual and sporty style. They succeeded in creating their distinct brand identity thanks to their signature logo and association with tennis and sports in general.

The multilingual services agency Atenao has supported the brand since 2016, first via LACOSTE OPERATIONS in France, then for LACOSTE JAPAN Co.Ltd., Lacoste Thailand and Lacoste UK Ltd. There’s been almost a thousand multilingual projects overall, with translation projects in particular that the agency has been entrusted with. They have a strong partnership which makes Lacoste a major client for Atenao, and as a result, the agency sets a good standard in supporting multilingual needs in the fashion and ready-to-wear industry.
